Sweet wine, with a golden yellow color, fruity aroma and sweet taste, is obtained from the pressing of Garganega raisins grown in vines facing south on the hills of basaltic and volcanic origin in the area of Lake Garda.
VARIETY: Garganega in purity. Vineyards cultivated at the foot of Monte Baldo at 350 meters above sea level
WITHDRAWAL: About 4 months on ploteaux, in special drying rooms
AGING: In steel barrels for about 2 years followed by a further refinement in the bottle for about a year
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
PAIRING: Perfectly accompanies any type of dessert, certainly, a wine to sip in pleasant company
SERVICE: It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16°C.
