CHIARETTO DI BARDOLINO DOC
Pink colored wine, elegant, with an initially floral scent, subsequently dominated but soft fruity hints of cherry and notes of wild berries. Delicate flavor, soft with marked fruity notes and endowed with great freshness. The finish is dry, savory, with good persistence and slightly bitter. It is an ideal wine for different occasions.
Features
VARIERY: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Vineyards cultivated in the south-eastern area of Lake Garda, in the morainic amphitheater.
AGING: In steel tanks for a few months
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
PAIRING: Perfectly accompanies appetizers, first courses with meat or vegetable sauces, dishes based on white meats, poultry and fresh cheeses
SERVICE: It is recommended to serve cool at a temperature of 10°-12°C
