“GIARETO” CORVINA PASSITO IGT
This wine is obtained only by choosing the best grapes of the Corvina grapes from the vines grown in the hilly area of the Valpolicella Classica and left to dry for about 4 months. After pressing and aging for about a year in barrels and one in the bottle, we have a masterpiece of taste and aroma. This wine, of an intense ruby red color, has a characteristic fruity aroma of fragrant dried grapes, with a delicate and intoxicating flavor.
VARIETY: Corvina in purity. Vineyards grown in the Municipality of Fumane, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica
WITHERING: 4 months on ploteaux approximately, in special drying rooms
AGING: In steel barrels for about 2 years followed by a further refining of about a year in the bottle
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
PAIRING: It goes perfectly with all pastries and in particular with pandoro and panettone. Excellent to sip even between meals
SERVICE: To be served at a temperature of about 14° – 16° C
