“RACÉMUS” CABERNET SAUVIGNON IGT

Red wine with good structure and depth, it has an intense and brilliant purple red color and displays a large bouquet on the nose characterized by evident aromas of red fruit, especially berries, accompanied by typical vegetable scents, well blended with elegant spicy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and persistent.

Features

VARIETY: Cabernet Sauvignon in purity. Vineyards cultivated at the foot of Monte Baldo at about 350 meters above sea level

WITHERING: About 2 months on ploteaux, in special drying rooms

AGING: At least 5 years in oak barrels followed by a further refinement in the bottle for about 6 months

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15.5% vol.

PAIRING: The consistent body and enveloping softness, combined with the long aromatic persistence, make it an excellent accompaniment for meat main courses, in particular roasts, braised meats, game and aged cheeses. Not to be underestimated as a meditation wine

SERVICE: To be served at a temperature of 18°C. It is advisable to uncork at least 2-3 hours before serving
