VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC
A wine with an extraordinary history. Dry wine with a medium build, intense ruby red color, fruity aroma and bitter almond flavor. It is obtained from the pressing, in the right percentage, of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes manually picked from vines grown in the hilly area of Valpolicella Classica.
VARIETY: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other grapes admitted being regulated. Vineyards grown in the Municipality of Fumane, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica.
AGING: In steel tanks for at least one year followed by a further refinement of a few months in the bottle.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
PAIRINGS: It honorably accompanies pasta dishes, white meats and stewed meats, in general it is an excellent wine for all Mediterranean cuisine
SERVICE: To be served at a temperature of 16°- 18°C
